[. set your mind to it .]
I woke up this saturday exhausted. It was just after 9:30am I had a yogurt, changed to my exercise clothes, filled up my water bottle and prepared a strawberry banana smoothie! Earlier this month I decided not to renew my hot yoga membership as I need to study for an exam and hot yoga is actually quite costly. There are many other ways I can exercise - but the hard part is to stay disciplined. This morning i went out for a walk. It was great breathing fresh air and pushing my body to do more especially when I started to jog. I went further than my last walk/jog and the feeling is amazing. After the outdoor exercise I went home, rolled out my yoga mat and started my practice. Of course it wasn't as extensive as the class I took, but my body have been longing for it. I finished my smoothie and was satisfied! Hopefully I can keep this up. Got to stay focused and work towards my goals.
