last saturday was the CCSA Leader's Retreat, and The Talking Donkeys led worship!
it was our first time playing outside of TCUC and my first time being a worship leader. (personally i dun realli like the term 'worship leader'... i'm a worshipper! a human being who uses the vocal chords to praise God... but oh well...)

my heart was pounding crazily n my insides were trembling non-stop b4 we started...
n once we began, i felt myself calm down n found strength n confidence... i remembered some conversations i had w/a few friends...
- one reminded me that i wasn't really The Leader, God is... and I'm a helper of His opening a door for ppl... i can't force ppl to go thru the door, but simply a helper of His
- another reminded me that this is a mission i need to finish... it sure was Mission Possible!
- this friend said it in a blunt way but true... something like "it's singing, so sing"
- another reminded me that my audience is God, who cares wut others will think

another friend called before i left the retreat place, TCMC, and asked how it went... that was realli nice of her, thx u!!

so all in all, i just want to thank everyone who listened to me worry about leading worship =p it went better than i imagined even tho i made a few mistakes... oh boy...
but yup, thanks for your support, encouragements, prayers, things to ponder about (n still pondering).... thanks for hearing this lil girl out!

that's not it folks, gotta add some randomness into this post:
i am sooooo sore from yesterday's softball practice!!!!... i can't even walk properly...
i am terribly out-of-shape !!!! >.<
